This 1hr yoga practice is based on the traditional and authentic Hatha yoga tradition. Dive yourself in a blissful journey where you will get knowledge of your body and learn to love and respect it.
You will:

The class is Online on Yoganda Yoga School website. Once you’ve booked, you will receive an email with all pieces of information.
