About the Teacher

Jolanda is a certified Yoga and Meditation teacher, and founder of Yoganda Online Yoga School. She's specialized in traditional Hatha yoga, Ashtanga Yoga and the therapeutical's effects of yoga on one's physical and mental health conditions. 

Jolanda is a natural seeker and, with over 1,000 hours of yoga training and courses, she's devoted her life to the study and sharing of yoga. Her teachings have inspired many lives to start practising this ancient science and enjoy a fulfilled and healthier life.
