Online Yoga Course: Yoga for Stress Relief and Anxiety
In the modern world, 4 people out of 10 suffer anxiety and depression disorders, and the pandemic has triggered an array of emotional, physical, and mental issues that make these numbers even higher. It is in the midst of this crisis that it is the right moment to take care of your mental health and wellbeing.
Yoganda has developed this 4-week course to use yoga as a tool to reduce the negative impacts that stress and anxiety have on mental and physical wellbeing. Yoga is recognised as a form of mind-body medicine that integrates physical, mental and spiritual components to improve aspects of health, particularly stress-related.
Whether you can’t touch your toes, stand on your head or have never stepped foot on a yoga mat, we welcome you to embrace a transformational journey, with some traditional yoga practices that will benefit you and can be easily integrated into everyday life.
